Zeta Gamma of Sigma Nu – "Legends" Weekend
October 5, 6 and 7 of 2007
Thanks to all the brother who came out this year to make Homecoming (A.K.A. Legends Weekend) a huge success! The weekend started Friday night at the Robin Hood for "A Scummers Retreat". Many members took part in the libations and brotherhood. Hor' dourves were provided compliments of the Alumni Association. Saturday began with a cookout sponsored by the active chapter at #1 Greek Way, Greek Village at Campus Gateway. Shortly after the cookout was the ground breaking ceremony celebrating the coming of the new house, then onto the football game where the Kent State Golden Flashes played the Miami of Ohio Redhawks. The day was capped off by the "2007 Legends Inductee Ceremony" in the Kent State Ballroom with Dr. Leston Lefton as the keynote speaker and Dr. Richard Mostardi as the Brotherhood speaker. The weekend was finished off on Sunday by a golf outing at Windmill Lakes and a breakfast brunch at Walden Country Club.
All in all, there were over 160 Alumni, Actives and significant others present. It was a great weekend and we look forward to seeing you in 2008!
